We have extended our returns period for as long as is necessary and are advising customers to keep hold of the item for now, as there may not be anyone at our location to sign for the parcel and we will honour the refund when things return to normal - this will also take pressure off the postal service and couriers and decrease your need to visit a post office*
If you need to return an item for either exchange or a refund please download our Returns Form (PDF). This will need to be printed and returned with the goods, for our full returns terms and conditions please see below.
Full refunds will be given on all goods if the goods are returned in original condition with all original packaging and swing tags intact and attached. The goods must be returned within 8 Months (changed currently for coronavirus trading conditions) of the date of receipt by yourself. Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. However a refund for postage can be given if the goods sent were wrong, damaged, faulty or not as described. Goods must be sent back using an economical postage method, we will not refund postage costs if they are returned using special delivery or a courier service. In most cases items should be returned using Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class or Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class if the item(s) weight exceeds 1 kg. If you are unsure of how to return the goods to us then please contact us prior to return on 01244 401449. We fully comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 set up to protect you the consumer when making on-line purchases.
Goods Returned for exchange of a different size or colour will be exchanged free of charge. you will be responsible for returning the goods to us and we will cover the cost of sending out your new item
Returning Skis - Skis with a built in binding system are returnable for a full refund. We are not able to accept returns on skis that have had a drilled binding mounted (i.e flat top skis).
Special Orders - All items ordered into stock from a supplier, that are not available on our website, to specifically fulfill your order at your request are non-refundable or returnable.
Orders paid for using V12 finance are still covered by our usual returns terms and conditions. However, if you are partially returning an order for a refund the amount borrowed after the refund must exceed £350.00. If it does not you can choose to cancel your V12 finance agreement and pay for the goods you have kept by credit or debit card or we can issue you store credit for either the returned item(s) or for a value that will keep you above the £350.00 minimum spend.
