Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment for all items are taken at point of purchase by the customer. If you do not wish to pay online, you may order by telephone

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. You are obliged to check you have provided correct and complete address details, please check this in your order confirmation after making a purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are undelivered to address errors on you (the customers) part.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Buying SkisWhen you order a pair of skis and request that your bindings be fitted to your boots prior to delivery by providing us with the relevant details we advise that you have the bindings double checked to your exact boots by a trained technician.

Skis with a built in binding system are returnable for a full refund. We are not able to accept returns on skis that have had a drilled binding mounted (i.e flat top skis).

Shipping And Handling


All orders over £30 come with FREE delivery as standard, delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from when the order was placed. Orders placed with free delivery may be via Royal Mail or Interlink courier depending on the size of the items ordered. Orders of £30 or less have a £1.99 delivery fee.


For £5.99 we offer a next working day delivery option. Orders with this delivery option must be placed before 2pm and will be sent out for next working day delivery with Parcelforce or Interlink Express and their award winning 1 hour delvivery window service. To use the 1 hour window service ensure your phone number is a mobile.


STANDARD DELIVERY (2-5 DAYS - excludes large or heavy items)

Most deliveries to the Channel Islands are charged similar to the Mainland UK deliveries with small items costing £1.99. This does not include heavy items such as equipment and some luggage, prices will vary on larger items - We are now shipping FREE to the Channel Islands on all orders over £200


There is £16.99 charge to send large or heavy items to the Channel Islands, this includes skis, snowboards, travel bags/wheeled ski and snowboard bags, boots - We are now shipping FREE to the Channel Islands on all orders over £200


VAT will automatically be deducted from your basket total when placing an order being delivered within the Channel Islands.


Delivery charges throughout Europe will vary dependent on the weight of your order. The accumulative weight of your order will be added together when calculating the delivery cost of your order. To see the exact delivery cost of your order add all the items you require to your basket and start the checkout process, after entering your delivery address the delivery cost will be calculated. Please see below for a rough guide of delivery charges throughout Europe. PLEASE NOTE you will only ever pay the price of the heaviest item shown on the below table as a maximum amount. E.g. if you are ordering skis and a ski jacket, you will only pay the price shipping cost of the skis as this is the maximum in the table.

Delivery to Australia and New Zealand

We Ship most items to Austrailia and NZ lthough some brands have restrictions on shipping their products outside of Europe (e.g Burton). Delivery of small items (beanies, goggles etc) is £25.00 medium sized items (e.g clothing, helmets) is between £35.00 and £65.00 heavier items such as ski boots and skis are £110 for one item, extra charges apply for additional items.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Order from areas exempt from VAT such as the Channel Islands / Norway etc.will have the VAT deducted from the total of their order in the checkout.

Credit Card Security

In order to protect ourselves and our customers from the growing problem of credit card fraud we have installed software that processes your details to analyze fraud risk. This acts as an advisory measure only to us on the risk of the transaction being fraudulant and in nearly all cases the result comes back as "no risk". If the risk comes back as higher than this we may contact you to verify details and we may also send a letter to your billing address asking you to contact us regarding the order. We do apologise if this slows down your delivery but we feel most customers will understand us looking after their card security

No credit card numbers ever reach us through our website. Our payment gateway is provided by SAGEPAY utilising the most up to date security features available to any website. To refund payments we simply request that SAGEPAY reverse the original transaction


Products are not supplied on a trial basis. Hardware products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Warranty details and length are included with the product but will be a minimum of 12 months.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to return the goods within 90 working days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange. Do this by downloading a returns form and posting them back to us. Refunds will be paid within 90 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
