How to Return an Order
If you need to return an item for either exchange or a refund please click below to download our returns form. This will need to be printed and returned with the goods, for our full returns terms and conditions please see below.

Returns Policy
Full refunds will be given on all goods if the goods are returned in original condition with all original swing tags intact and attached. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt by yourself. Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. However a refund for postage can be given if the goods sent were wrong, damaged, faulty or not as described. Goods must be sent back using an economical postage method, we will not refund postage costs if they are returned using special delivery or a courier service. In most cases items should be returned using Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class or Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class if the item(s) weight exceeds 1 kg. If you are unsure of how to return the goods to us then please contact us prior to return on 01743 363 443. We fully comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 set up to protect you the consumer when making on-line purchases.

Goods returned after this date can be exchanged or credited up to 28 days from receipt of the goods. If you choose the Credit option we will keep your details on record and issue you with a unique credit reference which should be quoted when you next order from us. Send the credit reference to us via e-mail when you place your next order on-line.

Goods Returned for exchange of a different size or colour etc will be subject to postage charges for us to re-deliver them to you a second time. This will be at a flat rate of £3.95 and you card details should be filled in accordingly on the returns form that will accompany your invoice. For security reasons, do not include your address details with your card information as it is the combination of these two details that retailers use to process mail order transactions (we will already have your address on record). If goods are being returned for exchange through no fault of your own (we have sent a wrong size etc.) then no postal fees shall apply.

Special Orders - All items ordered into stock from a supplier, that are not available on our website, to specificly fulfill your order at your request are non-refundable or returnable.
