I just thought I’d write (again!) to say thank you to whoever has dealt with my return and refund so promptly. And actually, the order itself was dealt with extremely quickly too – only about an hour after I’d placed the order online!! I was very sorry to have to return the top, and would be interested in other ‘fleece’ type mid-layer tops in the future – something like Salomon or Eider which don’t have any wool content. The Eider ski pants I ordered are wonderful!

In the current climate, which must be a worry to so many businesses, you can tell the ones who value their customers and work hard to keep them. Sail and Ski is obviously one of them, and I’m very pleased to have stumbled across you!

I would just like to say thank you for your great service and
communication. Before I purchased this helmet from you I tried to buy
it from 2 so called "Bigger " retailers and they both accepted my order
, waited 2 weeks and then told me it was no longer in stock and they
wouldn't be getting anymore in so my order was cancelled despite them
assuring me, numerous times, that they had them in stock.... So now it
is 5 weeks later and finally I have a helmet thanks to you guys.... I
will be looking for some new skis next season and I know where I will
be looking.....

The ordering and delivery was excellent, but I was even more impressed with your after sales service when I found that missing toe strap locker and the loose stitching on the ankle strap on opening the box. I think within an hour of me calling on Wednesday morning you had Salomon on the case and the replacement parts already on the way which was amazing! They arrived yesterday BTW in plenty of time to get some use this weekend!

Shops like yours are putting the big chain stores to shame and whenever I hear anyone is looking for new gear I’ll definitely be sending them your way!

Both myself and Sheridan have been skiing for 20 years, a couple of years ago I decided to give boarding a go and loved it so much I will not go back to skiing again. Its took me a couple of years but I have converted Sheridan into a boarder.
